This usually includes your name, email address, phone number or WhatsApp contact, the date and details of your shoot, and any preferences you share with us about locations, outfits, or timing. If you pay for a shoot through our website, our payment provider ABA PayWay also processes your payment details, such as your card or account information. We do not see or store your full card details ourselves.

We also collect some technical information automatically when you visit the site, like your browser type, general location, and how you found us, mainly through standard website analytics tools. This helps us understand how people use the site and doesn’t identify you personally.

We use the information you give us to schedule and deliver your photoshoot, communicate with you about your booking, process payments, and send you your final photos. Payments made through angkorwatphotographer.com are processed by ABA PayWay, a licensed payment service provider in Cambodia. When you make a payment, your payment information is handled directly by ABA PayWay under their own security and privacy standards. Photography and Image Delivery

Because our shoots are carried out by photographers we work with locally, your booking details and shoot requirements are shared with the photographer assigned to your session so they can prepare and deliver your shoot properly. Your finished photos are delivered to you privately, usually through a shared online gallery or file transfer link, and are not made public unless you give us permission to use them for our portfolio.

Sharing Your Information

We don’t share your personal information with third parties beyond what’s needed to run your booking and process your payment. That means your details may be shared with the photographer handling your shoot and with ABA PayWay for payment processing. We don’t share your information with advertisers or other businesses.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including keeping booking and contact records limited to what’s needed to run the business and restricting who has access to them. No online system is completely risk-free, but we don’t store sensitive payment information on our own systems, since that’s handled by ABA PayWay.

Our website may use basic cookies for analytics purposes, to understand how visitors use the site and improve it over time. These don’t collect personally identifiable information.

Your Rights
